Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies this site sets, what each is for, and how to control them.

Effective August 14, 2026 · Last reviewed August 14, 2026

What this covers

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies carveresq.com uses, and how you can control them. You can change your preference at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the site footer, which reopens the same banner you saw on your first visit.

Categories in use

“Strictly necessary” cookies, which keep the site working — for example, remembering your dark/light mode choice and your cookie preference itself — are always on, because the site cannot function correctly without them, and consent is not required for them under applicable law.

“Functional” and “analytics” cookies are off by default. If analytics are turned on in the future, to understand in the aggregate which pages are useful and never to build an advertising profile of you, that category will appear in the banner with its own toggle and will stay off until you turn it on.

What is not done

Carver Esq. does not use cookies for third-party advertising and does not sell or share information collected via cookies with data brokers or ad networks.
