This privacy policy applies to https://carveresq.com (the “Site”) and the mobile application (the “CARVER ESQ. PC App“), collectively, (“CARVER ESQ. PC“). This policy does not apply to information collected through any other website or to the practices of organizations and companies that CARVER ESQ. PC does not control. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

CARVER ESQ. PC collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, address, location and IP address.)
  • Non-personal identification information ( age, size dimensions, social network, job title, school, and gender.)

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

You directly provide CARVER ESQ. PC with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or through the CARVER ESQ. PC application.
  • Place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
  • Use or view the CARVER ESQ. PC mobile application.
  • CARVER ESQ. PC may also receive your data indirectly when you use your Social Media account to sign-up.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

CARVER ESQ. PC collects your data so that we can:

CARVER ESQ. PC uses the information we collect to provide, personalize, maintain and improve our products and services. This includes using the information to:

  • You may request deletion of your account at any time through emailing adar@carveresq.com. Following such request, CARVER ESQ. PC deletes the information that it is not required to retain. In certain circumstances, CARVER ESQ. PC may be unable to delete your account, such as if there is an outstanding credit on your account or an unresolved claim or dispute. Upon resolution of the issue preventing deletion, CARVER ESQ. PC will delete your account as described above. CARVER ESQ. PC may also retain certain information if necessary for its legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and enhancing users’ safety and security. For example, if CARVER ESQ. PC shuts down a user’s account because of unsafe behavior or security incidents, CARVER ESQ. PC may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening a new CARVER ESQ. PC account in the future.

We use your data to help maintain the safety, security and integrity of our services and users. This includes, for example:

  • Preventing fraud and helping to protect other users.
  • Using device, location, profile, usage and other information to prevent, detect, and combat fraud or unsafe activities. This includes processing of such information, in certain countries, to identify practices or patterns that indicate fraud or risk of safety incidents. This may also include information from third parties. In certain cases such incidents may lead to deactivation by means of an automated decision making process. Users in the EU have the right to object to this type of processing.

HOW WE STORE DATA

CARVER ESQ. PC securely stores your data at a private location and takes reasonable security precautions.

MARKETING

CARVER ESQ. PC would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop CARVER ESQ. PC from contacting you for marketing purposes.

CHILDREN UNDER 13

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as possible.
